Cut chicken in the center lenghtwise to make thin and wide chicken breasts.&lt;br /&gt;Coat chicken with breadcrumbs by shaking in bag. Remove from bag with breadcrumbs and shake in bag of flour to coat well.&lt;br /&gt;In a large frying pan, pour olive oil to coat bottom of pan.&lt;br /&gt;Heat pan over medium heat. Place coated chicken into the hot pan. Brown for 3 minutes on each side.&lt;br /&gt;Wipe pan clean. Return chicken and add spaghetti sauce. Cover and let cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Stir and turn chicken occasionally. Dip the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;chicken&lt;/span&gt; breasts in milk and egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
